  • Preplanning
    Preplanning your office move eliminates any business interruptions. Prior to your move, our Office Relocation Coordinator will devise the most effective moving plan for you.
  • Boxes
    Boxes, tags, paper, tape etc will be delivered at your office location with your convenience so your personal items can be packed. We have special boxes for special items such as mirrors, paintings, antiques.
  • Marking & tagging your items
    Items will be marked prior to the move in accordance with the floor plan. We will then proceed to the new space and label each office in accordance with the floor plan to ensure the proper placement of items.
  • Protection
    Prior to your office move, office floors and walls, as well as common areas, will be properly protected. Office movers will set up wall coverings.
  • Packing & Moving
    Our packing team will arrive to pack the contents of the entire office, including files, fax machines, copiers, computers, and office furniture. We will wrap and protect all office furniture and items to be moved.
  • Moving
    Our moving team will arrive at your office location with all equipment at the prearranged time, and start loading the designated items onto the trucks. Your furniture will be fully wrapped and padded.
  • Unpacking and setup
    Our commercial movers team will unpack and setup your furniture to your satisfaction.
